Private Cremation

We know how hard it is to say goodbye to your best friend. Grant County Animal outreach offers private and non-private cremation services in partnership with Eternal Paws, LLC. Memorials are available in all price ranges and many different forms.

Communal cremation is a dignified alternative to burial when your pet is lost unexpectedly or spends its last days at home. Contact the Shelter directly to inquire about cost and alternatives available.

What is the difference between private and communal cremation?

Private cremation is the most requested service. When choosing private cremation at Eternal Paws, LLC. you can be assured that your pet is cremated in a private chamber. You will have only your pets remains returned to you, our metal ID tagging system guarantees this. We offer a choice of either a velvet drawstring “scatter” bag or a beautiful locally crafted wooden picture frame urn.

Communal cremation is basically a combined cremation, a few pets are cremated together. Remains are not returned but are respectfully contained in the beautiful Columbia Basin.
